Council operates:

17 water supplies across the Taupō District. Collecting, treating, and piping safe drinking-water to households, businesses, industries and for firefighting.
11 wastewater schemes across the Taupō District. Providing and managing a wastewater service is a crucial activity that helps ensure public health and environmental protection.
