Survey for satisfaction
10 November 2014
We are always looking for ways to improve what we do, and this month we are doing our triennial survey to find out what's important to you.
We are engaging the National Research Bureau to conduct the survey, which is invaluable in helping us set our focus areas to improve our delivery of services.
The survey is run by many councils around New Zealand and allows comparison to other local authorities.
Over the next few weeks, we'll be ringing about 400 residents, so if you are randomly selected, we would really appreciate it if you could share your thoughts with us.
You will be asked a core set of questions about our services and this will help us plan for the future. Calls will be made in the next week or two, so let us know how our district is getting on!
