Asset management plans (AMPs) set out a 10-year programme for the management of specific groups of assets. We manage $1.2 billion worth of infrastructure and other assets such as our water networks and community facilities.
We need to ensure our assets are managed in an affordable, efficient, sustainable and effective manner to minimise the financial impact on Taupo District ratepayers and residents.
The plans are developed following consultation with the community on a range of topics, and include the three waters, transportation, solid waste, parks and reserves, and community facilities.
