Details of proposed activity

• To subdivide and develop a site in the Rural Environment where the subdivision and land use will be non complying.
• Subdivision of 145.71ha into a golf course lot, 30 residential lots, a fully predator proof fenced wildlife sanctuary of 15.85ha and a private road. The residential allotments vary in size from 1500m2 to 2239m2.
• Land use consent to construct one dwelling on Lots 1 to 30. The dwellings will not comply with the minimum allotment area, site coverage or boundary setbacks.

The application includes an assessment of environmental effects.

Submission process

Submissions closed at 5pm on Tuesday 20 February 2024.

Any person may make a submission on the application, but a person who is a trade competitor of the applicant may do so only if that person is directly affected by an effect of the activity to which the application relates that:

• adversely affects the environment; and
• does not relate to a trade competitor or the effects of trade competition.

Submissions must be in Form 13.
