The official International Cricket Council (ICC) Cricket World Cup trophy is coming to Taupo as part of its tour of New Zealand in the lead up to the competition next year.
The cup will be at Tongariro Domain from 10am to 2pm this Saturday, November 15. You can get your photo taken with the trophy for free, check out the interactive exhibition on the history of the tournament and meet cricketing heroes.
There will also be a cricket zone to test out your skills and plenty of giveaways and prizes to win.
The Cricket World Cup will be held from February 14 to March 29.
New Zealand will host 23 of the 49 matches, with three pool matches in each of the seven New Zealand host cities: Auckland, Hamilton, Napier, Wellington, Nelson, Christchurch and Dunedin. New Zealand will play Sri Lanka in the opening match in Christchurch.
The trophy tour is to help celebrate and begin the countdown to the tournament.
