Celebrate Guy Fawkes with an evening of fireworks, laser lights and a movie! This year's Starlight Cinema Fireworks and Laser Extravaganza is being held at Owen Delany Park on Friday, 7 November, weather permitting.
It will open with The Lego Movie broadcast on the big screen. This will be followed with a laser light display and then the big fireworks display to finish up.
Tickets are available at the gates and cost $5, or free for children under two. Gates open at 6pm. Bring a picnic or enjoy food from one of the vendors at the event.
The extravaganza is a partnership between Starlight Cinema, AVPeople and The Rotary Club of Taupo Expresso and is supported by the council and Youthtown.
In the event of rain, the event will be postponed to Saturday, 8 November.
