Maintenance work at AC Baths in March
Tuesday 5 March
Over the next three weeks, some of the AC Baths pools will be temporarily closed while we service the filter pumps. These are important to make sure the pool water stays clean and safe. The filter pump is responsible for sucking water out of the swimming pool, pumping it through our filtration system, which includes treating the water and removing contaminants, and then sending clean water back into the pool.
Please be aware of the following affected dates and times:
Wednesday 6 and Thursday 7 March
- Leisure pool closed both days
- Aqua Shallow Fitness class will be in the Outdoor 25m pool
Monday 11 and Tuesday 12 March
- Indoor lane pool closed both days
- Aqua Deep Fitness class cancelled
- An extra Aqua Shallow class will run on Monday 11 March 8.30am - 9.15am in the Leisure pool or Outdoor lane pool
Thursday 21 March
- Outdoor lane pool closed
Unless stated above, all other pools and facilities are open as normal.
Swim School will still operate but classes will be relocated to the Leisure pool or Outdoor lane pool if the pool where classes normally take place is closed.
If the team run into any trouble with the maintenance work, we may need to delay reopening, but will open as soon as safely possible.
