Planning an event? Contact our Events Team on 07 376 0899 during business hours or submit a Request to Book a Venue form and we will contact you to discuss your event.
The information we require from you when we make contact is:
- programme of activities
- site map of the event area
- health & safety plan for the event
- sample of promotional material and it's distribution area
Depending on the nature of your event you may also require licences and permits.
If your event is happening on a street it will legally require traffic management and a road closure.
You have a legal and moral responsibility to ensure the safety of anyone attending your event including volunteers, contractors and the public.
Environmental sustainability is increasingly important to venue operators, the audience and sponsors and should be incorporated into your planning. You will need to submit a waste management plan to the Council if you are planning an event with more than 500 people.
Equipment Hire
Equipment hire can range from a finish gantry, marquee, gazebo, field grandstands, event signage and much more. Please contact us on 07 376 0899 to discuss your requirements.
