Residents on River Road water scheme asked to conserve water

UPDATE 4pm Thursday 4 November: Normal water supply has been restored to residents on the River Road water scheme. Our team have completed repairs, following a water main break last night. Thanks to everyone for helping to conserve water during this time.

Update 8:10am Thursday 4 November: The team are working as fast they can to get this issue sorted and we are still running tankers out to feed the system, so please continue to conserve water where possible - we'll keep you updated!

Wednesday 3 November

Attention residents on the River Road water scheme! There has been a water main break and we are currently trying to maintain supply to you by bringing in water tankers to feed the system.

Please conserve water wherever possible until further notice - our team will be tackling the problem as soon as they safely can, but we are not expecting to get on top of this issue until tomorrow, so please limit water usage to just the essentials.
