Traffic lights are on at the Spa Road/Tītīraupenga Street intersection

The road seal is done, the line markings are in place and the new traffic lights are up and running at the Spa Road/Titiraupenga Street intersection!

Please bear with us, just like on the te Heuheu intersection there will be a few days of fine tuning the timings and synchronization, so please drive with care.

We’d like to thank all the surrounding businesses and residents for their understanding during the construction period and patience during the delays caused by the weather. And we’d also really like to give a big shout out to our contractor for some serious mahi under really difficult conditions – thanks for the hard yards team, it’s looking great and is another very important piece of the puzzle locked in on our Taupō Town Centre Transformation!
