Masters' Club class
This is a 45-minute circuit style fitness class ideal for those aged 60 years and over. Every class is designed to improve your day to day functional movements, as well as increasing your range of motion and strength. You choose your own intensity in each session.
Dates: Tuesday and Thursday at 8.30am during school term.
Fee: Free with a Fitness Studio Membership, or $5 per class to attend casually.
