Three industrial sites will soon be developed on Mahoe Street in Taupō, running alongside Mamaku Street, to help support demand for new industrial works.
The lot sizes will be as follows:
- Lot 1: 4,577 sq metres
- Lot 2: 1,891m sq metres
- Lot 3: 1,895m sq metres
We're expecting to release these sections for sale, once titles have been issued, in late 2024. The sections will be marketed by local real estate agents via a tender.
